This policy explains what happens to the personal information you send through this website. The responsible party is Phasor Electric (Pty) Ltd, danielpaulengels@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, phone number, suburb, details of the job, and any photos you attach. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, quote for the work and do the job. We don't sell or share your details, except with someone working on your job with Daniël, and only what they need.

How long we keep it

Quotes, invoices and certificates for work we do are kept for five years, as tax law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within a year.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email danielpaulengels@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
